Severe cold continues every day.
I’m cold, so I wear a hooker on my body at home,
an air conditioner, and even an electric stove.
I can’t wait for spring every day.
When I thought that people in warm countries would be nice,
I suddenly wondered if there were four seasons in a foreign country.
There are four clear seasons in Japan.
A little research shows that New Zealand, the United States, Canada,
and some parts of Australia also have four seasons.
However, the four seasons have not been picked up so far.
Because
it seems that they do not enjyo four seasons even though Japanese enjoy the four seasons of cherry blossoms in spring,
the sea in summer, colored leaves in autumn, and snow in winter.
Furthermore, regarding meals,
it is also characteristic that
agricultural products and marine products are often referred to as “season”.
It seems that the four seasons in Japan are attracting attention
because this way of thinking is unusual for foreigners.

Japan received high praise in the following 4 subcategories.
Entrepreneurship: 2nd
Movers: 5th
Cultural influence: 6th
Power: 7th
Switzerland and Canada, which won 1st and 2nd place, are highly evaluated for their quality of life, citizenships, and openness to business, at which Japan is not good.
Canada, in particular, scored the highest in quality of life.

My daughter, a fourth grader at an elementary school,
came back from school with a computer.
It seems that one computer is provided to each one in the class.
My wife and I were worried about connecting to the internet
because we don’t have Wi-Fi at home.
But I believed that the school doesn’t think everyone has Wi-Fi at home,
and that they would do something for the children who have no Wi-Fi at home.
A letter from the school said, “Please connect to your home Wi-Fi.”
On the other day, my daughter said that only two people, including her,
could not connect to the Internet in the class.
For my daughter’s online lessons,
my wife and I are considering introducing the internet at home.

your muscle mass and basal metabolism will decrease.

Also, the older you get, the lower your basal metabolism tends to be.

if you increase muscle mass,
your basal metabolism will improve and your body will become leaner.
Make a habit of exercising consciously.
It’s okay to have a pace of 2 or 1 a week,
so it’s important to continue exercising.

“Burpee jump” is recommended.
Training that mixes aerobic exercise and muscle training
(Lose weight! Gain muscle! Training with two birds with one stone!)
That is the burpee jump.
~ How to ~
1. Jump (Raise both hands up and jump straight up)
2. Immediately after landing, put your hands on the floor, stretch your legs and do push-ups.
3. Immediately return both feet, crouch and return to 1.

* This training is quite hard. Please do not overdo it.
It is also recommended to play music and train to the rhythm.
The recommended song selection is
“Golden Bomber” “Similar to a dead wife” (YOUTUBE)
Every 4 beats, jump → push-ups → jump → push-ups → ….
One song ends in 4 minutes.
If you do your best for only 4 minutes, the day’s training is over.
If you continue training, your body will definitely change.
